SuperThread adaptors use a tapered brass thread that cuts its own seal into the BSP port — tighter grip than BSPT, less chance of cross-threading. The straight body fits where space is tight. Couple them with John Guest tube and straight couplings to build drop lines, tool feeds, or bench manifolds that you can pull apart and refit without cutting pipe.

Match the tube OD to your air demand. 6mm suits blow guns and small spray work, 8mm covers most hand tools, 10mm and 12mm for higher flow or longer runs where pressure drop matters. The couplings use a collet and O-ring — check the collet teeth aren't chipped and the tube end is cut square. A ragged cut won't seat and will leak under load. If you're connecting to older equipment, confirm BSP parallel (BSPP) or tapered (BSPT) thread — SuperThread works with both, but check what the tool expects before you strip a port.
