Conformance status

We aim to meet World Wide Web Consortium WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

As of 28 April 2026, this website conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the areas below. Each was reviewed against colour-contrast, target-size, and keyboard-focus criteria at both desktop and mobile widths:

• Basket and checkout
• Blog index and individual blog posts
• My Account (dashboard, orders, downloads, addresses, payment methods, account details)
• Static information pages (delivery, payment, store locator, FAQ, terms, privacy, returns, accessibility)

Known limitations

We are aware of the following issues and are working to improve them:

• Some third-party tools (e.g. reviews and search overlays) may not fully meet accessibility standards
• Some product image descriptions are automatically generated and are being improved
• Some supplier-provided PDFs may not be fully accessible

Our approach

We design and build the site with accessibility in mind, including:

• Sufficient colour contrast
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus states
• Proper use of headings, labels, and link descriptions
• Alternative text for images where relevant
