How it started
The idea for Triace dates back to the late 1970s, when Peter Merrigan was working as a service engineer in the Irish agricultural industry. Farmers were buying expensive off-the-shelf pressure washers that nobody could properly support after the sale.
Peter saw the gap: what people needed was a washer built around the job, with someone to fix it when it broke. He started custom-building units to suit individual specifications, and in 1981 Triace Ltd was born.
What we build
We design and assemble Irish-made power washers from compact domestic units through to heavy-duty forecourt machines, tractor-driven units, and engine-driven mobile rigs — some complete with bowser tanks running our Speedclean system.
Every unit is specified, sized, and built for what the customer actually does with it. If a power washer can be configured for the job, we'll configure it.
Service & spares
Field engineers cover the country, and we keep 40,000+ spare parts in stock so downtime stays short. Pressure washers earn their keep in working businesses, and we take that seriously.
More than power washers
Our Fermoy showroom carries the full pressure-washer range alongside hand tools, power tools, garage equipment, and cleaning machinery — on the floor, available to inspect before you buy. Appointed distributors elsewhere in Ireland stock the washer range too.
