Repair Kits
Repair kits give you a complete set of parts and tools to fix a specific component without replacing the whole unit. These kits cover common workshop jobs — windscreen chips, alloy wheel scuffs, screenwasher pipe splits — where the right materials and method matter more than brute force. Each kit is built around one repair task, with instructions and enough consumables for multiple fixes.

Most kits here are aimed at automotive work. Windscreen repair kits use resin injection to fill chips and stop cracks spreading — UV-cured resin sets faster and harder than air-cure types, but you'll need decent light or the UV lamp included in some kits. The resin bonds best when the glass is clean and dry, so temperature and humidity affect the result. Kits with a bridge tool give better control over resin placement than hand-held syringes.
Alloy wheel kits typically include filler, hardener, and sandpaper to build up gouged rims before repainting. Depth matters — shallow scuffs respond well, but deep gouges that expose bare metal may need primer. Match the filler colour to your wheel finish if you're not repainting the whole face.
Screenwasher pipe repair kits solve split or perished hose with stepped connectors and clips. Measure your pipe outside diameter before cutting — most car systems run 4mm or 6mm bore, but vans and plant machinery vary. Keep a kit in the van if you work with older vehicles where the original pipe has gone brittle.
