Tool Trays

Tool trays for Premier hand-tool sets — moulded foam inserts that fit standard toolbox drawers. Each tray holds a specific set (sockets, spanners, screwdrivers, pliers) with a cut-out for every piece, so you see at a glance what's missing. The blank tray lets you lay out your own kit or fill gaps in a drawer system.

Most trays here are sold as part of a Premier Platinum set — the foam layout matches the tools supplied, whether that's a 91-piece socket collection or a 14-piece plier assortment. Sizes vary: a 177-piece bit-and-socket tray will be wider and deeper than a 13-piece hacksaw-and-punch kit. Check the tray dimensions against your drawer depth before buying; some multi-tier sets need 80–100 mm clearance.

The blank tray is open-cell foam in a fixed outer size. You cut your own recesses with a knife or hot wire, useful if you're organising non-standard tools or topping up a partial drawer. Foam density is firm enough to hold shape but soft enough to pluck tools out quickly — harder EVA would last longer under workshop grit, but these trays prioritise tool visibility over abrasion resistance.

If you're adding trays to an existing drawer system, measure internal width and depth first. Premier trays are designed to stack or sit side-by-side in typical roller-cab drawers, but non-standard cabs (shallow automotive trays, deep agricultural chests) may not line up. The cut-outs won't fit other brands' spanners or sockets exactly, so these work best when the whole set comes together or you're prepared to reshape the foam yourself.
