Blow Guns

Blow guns connect to a compressed air line to clear swarf, dust, and debris from workpieces, machinery, and tight corners. All models listed use a 1/4″BSP inlet. Nozzle length and trigger style affect reach and control—short palm-types suit close work where you need one hand free, longer barrels give you standoff distance for deep recesses or awkward angles.

Pick nozzle length by the job. A 100–200 mm gun works in engine bays and around benchtops where space is tight. Extend to 330–500 mm when you're reaching into machinery guards, behind panels, or across wide surfaces without leaning in. Palm-type triggers sit in your hand and let you feather airflow with thumb pressure—useful for delicate electronics or painted surfaces. Standard lever triggers give a firmer grip and higher flow for shifting heavy dust or cutting fluid.

Safety nozzles limit tip pressure to reduce injury risk if the gun contacts skin. Check your site rules—many workshops and HSE guidelines require them. Kits bundle multiple nozzles and adaptors so you can swap between fine-point cleaning and wide-pattern blasting without changing the gun body. A quick-release connector speeds changes between tools on the same airline.

All fittings here are 1/4″BSP parallel thread. Confirm your hose coupler matches before ordering—tapered NPT threads will cross but won't seal properly and can strip under pressure. Sealey guns handle typical workshop compressor outputs; check your regulator is set to the tool's rated PSI to avoid damage or weak performance.
