Shipping Information
- Standard Delivery: €15.00 exc VAT (€18.45 inc VAT) to the Republic of Ireland via DPD — basket weight up to 15 kg and within 1200 × 700 × 700 mm.
- Large Parcel Delivery: €25.00 exc VAT (€30.75 inc VAT) — basket weight over 15 kg and under 30 kg, or any item exceeding 1200 × 700 × 700 mm.
- Pallet Delivery: €65.00 exc VAT (€79.95 inc VAT) — auto-applied at checkout when basket weight is 30 kg or more, or any item exceeds 2200 × 900 × 900 mm.
- Local Pickup: Free — collect from our store in Fermoy, Co. Cork, once you receive your collection email.

Returns Policy
We offer a 28-day return window on faulty or defective items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
