Steering, Hub & Suspension

Steering, hub and suspension work on motorcycles and bicycles demands accuracy and access. This range covers tyre pressure gauges — dial, digital, and pocket-clip types — plus valve tools and patch rollers for roadside or workshop jobs. Tyre pressure matters more on two wheels than four; a couple of PSI off changes handling and wear. Get the gauge that suits your workflow.

Tyre pressure gauges come in three formats. Dial gauges are durable and easy to read at a glance; look for a protected lens if you work in a busy shop. Pocket-clip gauges are light and quick for mobile work, though the scale can be harder to read in poor light. Digital gauges give precise readouts and often include backlit displays, but they need a battery. Some models combine a pressure gauge with a tread-depth gauge on a flexible hose — useful if you're checking both at once, less so if you only need one reading.

Pressure ranges matter. Most motorcycle tyres sit between 28 and 42 PSI; bicycles vary widely depending on type and rider weight. A 0–50 PSI gauge covers most road bikes and many motorcycles, while a 0–100 PSI or 0–8 bar gauge suits high-pressure road bike tyres and older motorcycle models with higher specs. Twin-connector gauges let you check both wheels on a bike without swapping fittings.

Valve tools and patch rollers are small, single-job items that save time when you need them. A valve removal tool pulls cores without damage; handy when a valve is leaking or you're deflating a tyre fast. Patch stitch rollers press patches flat and even, which matters if you're repairing tubes rather than binning them. Keep them in the van or the toolbox — they're light enough to forget until the job needs them.
